Do I need off-grid capability?
Is your power grid really good and there are very few outages? Good for you!
But, turn off your power and see what your life looks like!
Try to live without power for 24 hours and see how dependant we have become!
Think about your food in the fridge and the freezer.

Solar AC-coupling factor 1.0 rule
You have Solar panels connected to the off-grid side (AC-OUT) of your Victron Battery inverter?
RULE: “The max PV power must be equal or less than the VA rating of the inverter/charger.”
EXAMPLE:
- you have 10 solar panels of 400 Wp
- 10 x 400 Wp = 4000 Wp total
- your inverter needs to be equal or bigger than 4000 VA
